Here I am, day 60 of my Les Mills Combat workout challenge.

I’m going in. 30 minutes of HIIT: Shock Plyometrics.

I will finish stronger than I ever have.


Bang Bang

Immune system shot down over the weekend, but I’m much better now.

I spent 3 days sleeping, eating, drinking water and tea and watching Dr. Who.

This explains the Scottish accent I’ve been thinking in.
